DNI delivers the solution DNI Teams Administration for schools based on School Data Sync (SDS), which is a recommended setup for schools.

With DNI Teams SDS, you will achieve fully automated administration of Microsoft Teams with setup of, for example, naming rules, structure for how to maintain users in Teams, setup of parent information for sending weekly summaries.

There are many things to consider when using Microsoft Teams at school. Security is important and students should meet the same people on Teams as they do on a regular day at school and no outsiders should be able to add a student to Teams. DNI Teams Admin then automatically creates all CSV files and sends these to SDS. In the same way as for employees in DNI Teams Admin, students are automatically moved to the correct Teams if there are changes in subjects or a change of class or school. The solution synchronizes with Microsoft SDS once a day.
